Lia Vilahur Chiaraviglio is currently a full-time professor at The Reutlingen University specializing in Digital communication and Design and she is also a designer. Previously she was Responsible for International at ERAM College, University of Girona, where she was also teaching. Lia worked as a lecturer at the IED (European Institute of Design in Barcelona.  In the academic field, she also worked as an external coordinator, for the degree in Interior design at IED Barcelona, and as a Program Leader for the Degree of Graphic Communication, at ERAM College Northampton University.
She regularly participates in international congresses and has taught workshops in numerous faculties in Latin America, Asia, and Europe. Her work has been exhibited in several countries and received some awards. As an artist, she works mainly with collages and acrylics. Her education background is at Art History (UAB, Barcelona) with a one-year exchange student (University of Bologna).  A BA in Interior Design from IED Milan, with a cumulus exchange at Lahti Polytechnic Finland.
